CLUB COMPETITONS

 

Members enjoy several Club competitions each year, dates of which can be found in the Calendar.

 

 

On the 3rd April the traditional opening of the green, with a surprise thrown in by the steward, will be followed by the first competition of the year - The Linden Club Memorial Trophy. 

 

The Captains Cup will take place on Sunday 15th May.

 

The Presidents Handicap will be held on Saturday 25th June, the weekend of the club's Beer Festival. 

 

The date and location for this year's Steward's Cup has yet to be fixed.  It will take place on a Saturday or Sunday in July or August.

 

The Linden's premier bowls competition, The Club Championship, ,is scheduled for Sunday 10th July.

 

The mixed pairs competition (and BBQ) will be on Sunday 21st August.
